All orders are processed within 24 hours.

We currently offer complimentary express shipping via DHL EXPRESS, please note this may change and will be updated through our checkout if any changes occur. 

Orders shipped via express delivery typically arrive between 3-10 business days depending on the destination. It is possible that delays may occur due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, and so we ask for your patience during this time. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with shipping details and a DHL tracking number. Track the tracking number in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. Please note, we are not liable for any delays caused by DHL EXPRESS. 

We are not liable for lost packages nor responsible of any duties or taxes which may occur at point of delivery by your local customs office. DHL EXPRESS ensures your package are safely delivered to the provided address and recipient, which was given by you.
